Marina and The Diamonds will release her new single ‘Power and Control’ on 9th July which follows the top 10 single ‘Primadonna’ and #1 album ‘Electra Heart’.
‘Power and Control’, written with Steve Angello from Swedish House Mafia and produced by Greg Kurstin, will be the next single to come from ‘Electra Heart’ and will be released on 9th July. With intellectual but witty lyrics about the pains of romance backed by eerily fun, electro synths, ‘Power and Control’ is a perfect track to showcase ‘Electra Heart’ which is an honest story of identity, love, rejection, doomed romance and hope all tinged with humour and British eccentricity.
